Today, we introduce Giulianna, who joined the firm in March 2026 as paralegal in the Non-contentious Trademark and Patent Prosecution area within our HA PUYO Patents & Trademarks business unit.

We have successfully secured the registration of the aforementioned trademark in Class 09 of the International Classification in Peru, protecting the distinctive copper-and-black color combination used on Duracell U.S. Operations, Inc.'s batteries.

This registration strengthens Duracell's trademark protection strategy by granting it exclusive rights over one of its products' most distinctive features and a stronger legal position to prevent and take action against unauthorized use by third parties.
