On October 27, María Inés Herrera participated in the EducationUSA LL.M. Fair, representing the Franklin Pierce School of Law - University of New Hampshire. The event, held at Novotel Lima San Isidro, brought together prominent U.S. law schools and professionals interested in pursuing further academic studies.

Yesterday, our IP Training Program 2025 continued in Chancay with an exclusive training session for Customs officials, dedicated to the brands Honda and SKF, with the objective of enhancing enforcement capabilities and reinforcing the protection of intellectual property rights.

We share an article that highlights the importance of having a solid strategy for gathering evidence — a key element in achieving the recognition of a trademark’s notoriety and, consequently, strengthening the brand positioning of its owner.
